The Shops at Bridgemont includes 531,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

In addition, the Goodman Company will be developing “Bridgemont Commons” located on the other side of the Parkway at the proposed (2010) bypass location which connects to Dollywood.

"Bridgemont Commons is a proposed 200,000+- square foot power center located on the east side of Hwy 66 at the intersection of the new Hwy 66 Bypass that is expected to be completed in late 2010. This location will be an extension of The Shops of Bridgemont, a 531,000 square foot lifestyle center, directly across Hwy 66. Sevier County Roads & Developments

Sevier County is experiencing tremendous growth. Within the next five years, several major projects should be completed. Among those currently under construction are the Bridgemont Project (which includes the Sevierville Events Center and Wilderness Resort & Hotel) and the Dumplin Creek Development.
Along with these large scale developments comes the need for road expansion to a highway system that is already clogged during busy weekends as tourists travel from I-40 to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Smoky Mountains through Sevierville and the Highway 66 corridor. The state has begun acquiring properties for the future expansion of Highway 66 from four lanes to six lanes in the near future. The department of transportation acquisition includes properties from Boyd’s Creek Highway (Rt. 338) to downtown Sevierville.…TO BE CONTINUED….

Thunder Mountain - Wears Valley

Thunder Mountain is a new development nestled in the peaceful “Little Cove” area of the Great Smoky Mountains. The development offers stunning views of Mt. LeConte, Cove Mountain, Bluff Mountain, and the surrounding mountain ranges well into the Smoky Mountain National Park. Its location is very convenient to the Parkway - only 3.3 miles from light #6 on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and 4.9 miles from light #10 in Pigeon Forge adjacent to the Gatlinburg Spur.

The spectacular setting of 400 acres is divided into 270 generously sized mountain estate homesites. Infrastructure is excellent as it provides wide paved roads, underground utilities (including city water, cable, TV, phone, and electric), and developed in a manner to maximize flat lots and unobstructed mountain views.

Thunder Mountain can be easily accessed from beautiful Wears Valley (Rt. 321) as well. This setting in the heart of the Smokies offers easy access to the peaceful Wears Valley area as well as attraction and excitement filled Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The location, amenities, and spectacular views are sure to be popular with investors, as rental cabins, and vacation homes.
